Viewing Job Openings
- Click on the link below titled Career Search. You may search by Category, Location or Schedule.
- Click "Search." All the jobs that have met your search will appear.
- To view the requirements for each job, click on the job title or select the box in front of the title then click "View Selected Jobs"
Applying for a Transfer
- You may only apply for a transfer to a position that is posted
- You may only apply for one position at a time
- Complete the Internal Transfer Application on-line
- When Human Resources (HR) receives your on-line application, your personnel file will be checked for eligibility and forwarded to the appropriate site/recruiter for review
- If your qualifications match, an interview will be set up by the Recruiter
- After the HR interview, if it is determined that you qualify for the position, the Recruiter will schedule you to interview with the hiring manager
Transfer Eligibility
- You must be in your present position at least 12 months before you may apply for a transfer (some exceptions may apply per policy).
- Your overall level of performance must "Meet Expectations".
- You must have no active disciplinary actions on file.
Selection Process
- Upon completion of the interview process, the recruiter will notify you of the outcome. If you are a finalist for the position, you must notify your manager of your desire to transfer.
- The hiring manager will contact your manager to discuss your performance and suitability for the position.
- If you are selected, the Recruiter will notify you and a transfer date will be determined.
- If you are not selected, you will be notified by the Recruiter.
